Do you accept returns?
We accept all returns unless:
The product is opened or used.
Fragrances, may not be returned.
Returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date and covered by the costumer.
You have 30 days to return any item within your order to us. Just contact us through the website so we can make arrangements for you to return the item.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return. However once we receive it, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your refund, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your Thepewterclubbarberspa.com account. All refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Please note: We are able to exchange your item(s) if you request it in your return email.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Missing or Damaged Products
Please contact immediately if you experience damaged, stolen or missing items. We will replace the missing items after one business day of investigating with the shipping company.

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada via U.S.P.S.
All appointments are made online.
All non member appointments have to be approved.
We don't accept walk-ins or last minute appointments.
